 April 1, 2007 - New Design For First Coast Custom Homes
The First Coast Custom Homes website (http://www.firstcoastcustomhomes.com) recently underwent a redesign. The new design gives the site a more professional feel, and makes contacting us much easier. We've built a new photo gallery to display pictures, and a floorplans page to display elevations, blueprints, and virtual tours of numerous projects. We plan on keeping it up to date so check back often. We hope you like the site, and would love to hear your feedback.

May 21, 2004 - Buyers Reap Rewards
The Jacksonville Times-Union recently had a write up about the housing market in Jacksonville, Florida. The President of First Coast Custom Homes, Matthew Birdwell, is quoted in the article talking about one of the last remaining houses in the up and coming Batram Trail neighborhood in Mandarin.

"The homeowners' association here is strict, from design aspects to landscape plans, residents in Bartram Trail are required to maintain their homes and land. With only a few lots left, potential buyers here know what to expect."
